What is your favorite Washington DC eatery?

My husband and I visit DC every chance we get. Our favorite place to have a meal is The Parthenon greek restaraunt on Connecticut Avenue. The food is delicious and the staff is friendly and colorful. It's a new experience every time. Ruth's Chris Steak House in Dupont Circle is also very nice. The waitstaff there is very professional and courteous. The steaks practically melt in your mouth. We're always on the lookout for wonderful places to eat. What's your favorite DC restaraunt? Why do you love it?
