what do you do to solve problems in your family?

how do you find the solution to a problem that you are having with your mother kids father spouse do you give the silent treatment do you scream to be heard or do you cry? I do all of the above I am just looking for way to just solve problems at home

Worry about yourself. Move on. You can't fix the home or anything in it. Don't silent treatment them but dont wage war either. Try to get help from your mother and father to help yourself in the long run. I have a future plan.
