Oh for those 10 dollars!

Mylotters are keeping themselves busy as the earnings are rising with each passing day. It is a fulltime job, writing and commenting, to reach magical figure 10 $, a reward one would expect sooner or late being paid into the paypal account. It seems a distant reality as one keeps fingers moving on the key board, But when would that moment arrive and then think what to do with those 10 dollars, and how much worth it would be in comparison to the hard day and night work!

It's not so much about reaching payout. There needs to be a certain kind of interest to keep it going too. I admit that a lot of people here are anxious to reach payout, but they will get burned out easily too if they focus too much on earnings. And if you have the consistency to respond to discussions and making a point to enjoy them, you will see some results. mylot does pay its members and they are very prompt.
If for me personally, I don't stick it out day and night here. Well, maybe most nights because I'm working nights most of the time. And I use those boring moments to skive and update discussions in mylot. I'm also trying to get some writings done since I miss writing so much. So in all, it's an enriching experience for me. I get to interact with friends here and share information.
The day mylot ends for someone is when they take it as a full time job. It is interesting and enjoyable if you make it as your hobby or for leisure. Have a nice day.

ever penny counts nowadays. Mylot provides it users extra cash in this trying times. So it is no surprise to see members doing their best evryday to earn something descent everyday which will later on be cherished when payout day comes. personally I am doing my very best to reach payout and even more to be able to earn extra for the more stormy days to come. Mylot is doing a very good thing for its members.

I agree, every penny counts, and as long as you keep at it, eventually it becomes worth it... Of course, you can't put a price on entertainment value when you are sitting at home doing nothing... and while doing nothing you manage to earn a few extra bucks over the course of a month or so...
And its so much fun to talk with people in this medium... I think its better then chat.

The money is cool but I actually would never hit payout if I didn't enjoy being here. I actually don't hit payout every month and that is never my goal. I don't make plans for the money. It is handy tho. Last month my daughter wanted something that I didn't have the money for. Then I realized that I had it in my paypal account which had only been built up from mylot. It was just extra money. It's not all about the $. Last month there was a mix up cuz I neglected to change my e-mail when I changed servers so even tho I earned it and it was deducted...didn't get it. I will probably get it next month. If I don't...will I quit mylot?...nope.

ten dollars does not last very long especially in this day and age. I spend mine very quickly in the gas tank, but it is nice to have a little bit of cash. Right now I will take anything I can get. I have actually made as much as 35.00 in a month with my lot but I did little else. It is sometimes hard to make that money. I do try though.

there is one simple answer, Not Worth! If you asked for money for your activities here.
There is Somebody reach a minimum earn $10 at about 3 months. Ask them... why they are doing this? Are they jobless? I dont think so. If they are looking for money to earn as main stream, absolutely they are not here..
I am here having fun to answer and responses all topic discussion from other mylotters. we can expression who we are, interact with somebody around the nations. And the good news is we can earn money about our activities!!.
myLot have great design to improved and generated people to join here, at least that what i feel right now. Dont be busy if it's not worth! ..Nice day, happy mylotting..

very TRUE, you work harder on this ten bucks at mylot than anywhere else. the only reason is because of how time consuming it can be. but for me it's fun, most of the time. if you find interesting topics to write about, it's a lot better. to write about things just for that ten dollars, you're going to make it a less enjoyable experience.

Is it really worth sitting at your keyboard, typing all day and night to reach the magical $10 mark?
In my opinion, no it isn't. I don't view myLot as a internet site where I go to earn money. I'm aware that you can receive a payout monthly if you work at it and have a few active referrals.
But to sit and type for the sake of earning a few cents, does not interest me. I would much rather enjoy my time on myLot and participate in threads in which I have an interest. I enjoy posting in the craft threads and come to the money making sites sometimes, just to see what the new money making sites are.
I guess it's the individual person's perception of what myLot is...for me it's a site to share info and I've learned about many free sites from myLotters that have made me more money than I've earned here.

For me mylotting is not a full time job. I just visit mylot everyday and consume an hour or two and go to other sites as well. On monthends however when I supposed to reach the payout I would consumed 3 to four hours. It's just like spending your time at other sites and enjoying as well but the difference here at mylot we're being paid of every effort we made. It's a little earning compared to the daily compensation in other jobs but at least we earn here without pressures. If we want to earn more stay long at mylot if you don't want then expect a little earning. If we want to focus at other sites, we won't hear anything from mylot, if we focus much time here, then mylot would pay as more. Now if we want to really earn that big then we will have our jobs and spend our free time at mylot still we earn with that little time. So it's a matter of choice and decision from us. Mylot is just there waiting but since we do enjoy sharing our opinions and views and participating in discussions plus the fact that we gain friends as well, most of us chooses to stay with mylot. Earning a little is just a prize and the thrill to stay.

I been here for 2 months I admit at first I want to earn here but now I'm thanking mylot for improving my Enlish and my typing skills. I going to reach the minimum payout soon so I need to work hard to get my payment. I spend my time everyday here for 2-3 hours. I enjoyed being here and responds to every discussion that caught my attention.

I haven't reached payout yet either, but I should be there in a couple of weeks or so. I am not really going to stress out about it though, as it will just make me sick. I just don't want to push myself to get it, as if I do that, then I will mess up, and not get it when I am anticipating. I do what I can and when I can, and that is all I can do. I won't do more than my body can handle. I have bad eyesight as well, so I do have to take breaks once in awhile, to rest my eyes. Once I get the payout though, I will dance the jig lol. It will make me feel really good that I have accomplished something and I did it all on my own with no help whatsoever. Well, good luck to you and happy mylotting.

I post at myLot not only because I want to earn money but also because I'm enjoying the myLot community. I have other sites that also pay me to post and socialize. They even give a higher pay than myLot, but I still spend more time at myLot because I like it best.

I just joined this site about a week ago. I enjoy interacting with the other Mylotters. Without mentioning names, there are other sites which are actually making fortunes off the human nature of socializing. Its nice when those revenues are actually shared, even if it is just pennies a day.

Its genuinely ridiculous, the pay you get on these sites. Still, its something when you make it and I guess that has to do with the fun thing attached to all this. I personally rebel against this small pay by not doing anything on a site but I always do feel the kind of pull I guess everybody gets to go on the net and just work or blog or post anything. Its a combination of things I suppose and it always is fun communicating with strangers all over the world.

Of course I like to reach payout, but if I don't, I don't and that's fine too. Not worth worrying about. When I don't reach it one month, I'll probably reach it in a month or two.
I, too, enjoy this site, not just for the money earning possiblities, but because it's a nice, interesting site with nice message and interesting discussions.

I thought the first payout was $25! Yay! I think I'm going to use my first payout for my sister's birthday present.
