i am sure i am a adult.
but why i always nervous when i felt i am a adult.
i think my thought not the same as i am in young .
do you feel your thought and feeling changed ?
i feel my thought change a lot and can't have the same feeling when i was young before 2004 .
why my thought easily be changed so fast?
do you have the same experience?

because you are an adult and you are starting to think like one and that is normal.

Maybe being an adult isn't like what you thought it would be. I remember when I was a kid I thought I'd be a grown up when I could do what I wanted, when I wanted. Really though being an adult has more to do with how you accept responsibility. Being nervous makes you human.

I don't think nervousness has anything to do with age or experience. It could be a medical condition or just a personality trait. Have you tried going to the doctors?
