Does your cat ever scare you?

Sometimes, my cats scare me. Not in a bad way.
I'm not scared of my cats, but they have frightened me.
For instance, sometimes, my cats sneak into the room while I'm
working online and 'lurk' in the room.
And, they stay there for more than half an hour without
me noticing, until I get up and see them for the first time
Often, there are four 'lurking' cats in the room with me and I'm
completely unaware of their presence.
Seeing my congregation of silent kitties is a
little disconcerting! How can anything move so silently?
Guess that's just part of the cat mystique.
Have you ever been frightened by your cat?

Hi beauty,
My cats don't scare me, as they both sound like elephants, they make a lot or racket coming downstaires and as I am in my living room, on my laptop, I can see them and most time one of them always jump on my coofee table and had to be told off, the other just goes traight for her food bowl and if there is none she just sit and stares at me so I just have to get up and get her some, no, they don't scare me at all.

Yes, yes I have been frightened by my cat. The little pain likes to jump out of no where sometimes and scare the day lights out of me. He doesn't do this often, just every once in a while and I'm sure he thinks it's funny when I jump a foot of the ground. The little pain.

They used to every now and then but not anymore because having so many of them (10) I'm so used to one of them being nearby. The one who liked to jump out and pounce on me has crossed over the Rainbow Bridge a few years ago and all the others have all grown out of their kitty antics so no they don't scare me anymore but they used to and then they'd make me laugh and well, they still do.

We had the "kitty from hell"... he would literally stalk us if he was mad for some reason. Then he would wait for us on top of the fridge. We nver thought about him being up there. WHenn one of us would walk into the kitchen, he would claw you in the head! He was wicked!! He would sneak up on us at the most unsuspecting times!!

Well i love cats, and can never have too many, but my husband thinks differently and i often bring home cats, and he deicdes if i keep them or have to bring them to a shelter.. but he usually lets me keep them simply because i have this fobia of animals dying on me so i never keep them long enough to die on me ( it is really weird ) but i baught this cat from the shelter one day and he was enormous, he weighed about 28 pounds and was solid white with black spots on him, kind of looked like a baby cow lol.his name was godzilla lol but anyways when my husband would leave for work, the cat would be somewhere close to me, and stares and growls at me, this cat has attacked me twice!! and my husband had to get rid of him because he was gone long hours of the day, and said the cat was going to get the best of me one day.. but yes i was scared of this cat, i started locking him in the bathroom...

lol...Yes! Sometimes my cat will jump out of my closet after being hidden there for hours and scare the heck out of me! I will have no idea he's there and then all of the sudden...there he is! Gotta love cats...they're so sneaky. :)

Hello beauty queen. I don't have cats, but there are quite a few cats in our school. I see them every day. Each time I see one of them playing on the grass, I would like to greet the cat using their its language. Just this evening before it got completely dark, I saw one of the cats licking something on the ground close to the canteen door. I just walked over to it without saying hello to the cat this time and when I was so close to it, it was so scared as to run into the grassland nearby very fast. I had a good laugh over it. I did not expect it not to have noticed me, but it did not notice my approaching it. hehehehe.

We have two cats but ones outside. There have been times that our indoor cat has surprised me but not scared me, atleast none that I can think of. There was one time that our cat somehow got into our room and I woke up with her just laying on the bed staring at me, I think I kicked her and that's what woke me up. Later we found out she got in and that my fiance's mom shut our door so that the dogs didn't get in and wake us up.
I used to have a kitten and I think one time she scared me. This was when I was living with friends, she scared me because I was asleep and she pounced. Mind you she was a kitten, and very playful, lol.
