What Do You Do To Win Back Your Motivation To WORK?

it is crazy how it feels to lose my enthusiasm i used to have with work. i work as a nurse but it seems like i am not enjoying it the way i used to. i know that at one point any employee face a time like this but i want to know how you successfully gotten over and went back on your track.

Nurse?Really?Sound a good job~first of all you need to find the reason of lossing the passion,for the issue of salary?for the boring routine job?or even some bad things in your hospital?Whatever it takes,after finding this out,you can do some self-access,if you need a new job?how hard for you to get a new offer that has a good employee benefits?or fresh feeling/interesting?If you realize it's impossible thing to be like that under the economic crisis,just keep yourself claim down and get back to your job~~
In my point of view,only your interesting thing brings you passion~what do you think?
