yes I need to pay the website Nomincashout $1.99 to become a paid member so that I can cashout my earnings, so far the site is legit and paying its members, I currently have $1.09 in Paypal hence require 90 cents. There's one way however, you might be or might not be knowing the website, Gpt-treasure.com, it is paying its members 10 cents for becoming a referral, hence even if you are agreeing to become my referral, I get 10 cents from you! Do one thing make multiple accounts and get your money if you really care about it so much that you break a rule of a site for your advantage.
If you still need referrals make a good discussion which could make people join under you,if you do these thing then I'll join under you.
