So, if you have stayed at the same mobile service company for while, would you request a new cell phone for being a loyal customer? Usually this is will work, and they are more likely to encourage you to stay for another 2 years for giving you a new cell phone for free. My friend did it. All you need to do just ask them. There is a high possibility they will agree.

Hey, Many of my friends have tried this, but none of them will actually give them a new cell phone, and if they do, it will be another 2 year contract, so it isn't free. They still have to pay for the phone and plan. Make sure you have a good day, Happy Lotting!!

My carrier has this upgrade program, where if you are with them for a certain period of time (can't remember if it's 2 years or 3 years), then you qualify to choose a new phone for free when you renew, if yours has become worn or broken. It's really a neat way to stay updated with the new technology, but sometimes you do have to wait a long time, especially if you frequently switch plans. But I have gotten 3 new phones in the last 5 years and two of them were free.

in my mobile service company, they offer the loyalty program as early as 3 months before the contract is due to expire. since it's the same mobile company my whole family is using and we are all under postpaid accounts, we just get our new cellphones automatically every two years. works for me and the same can be said to the rest of my family. even my nephews and nieces are in group family plans that 4 year old kids can call their parents anytime they need or want to. loyalty programs, although tied in for at least a two-year contract, are great marketing programs to keep existing clientele. if it's more to the client's advantage, i think everyone should exercise this privilege. :)
