Have you encountered the win32 error???

Friends, I am fed up of this error. As I use my laptop without internet connection, it works fine without errors. But as soon as i connect to internet using the internet data card, i get an error win32 pop up window comes up and it says windows has encountered an error - this is with two options - Send error report and dont send. Whatever option i select it is of no use. The internet connection stops working and the windows screen starts to behave unusual. Then the last option is to restart the computer. i am fed up doing so. Is there any option to resolve this error. i have even formatted the laptop and installed the xp system again.
I searched internet for this error and came to know that it is due to hardware conflict. Can anyone help me on this?

I think you should reformat your laptop before its too late.. The best advice that I can give you..

i have formated thrice from yesterday night and backup all my data and useful information. But still facing the problem. And i tell you an interesting thing. This is very common error. PC doesnt hang up or start to do a virus like thing. Only internet gets disconnected from the usb modem and i cannot reconnect it to internet until i restart the system again. But absolutely i can work on office files and nothing happens to the system except the :INTERNET CONNECTION :
