Well In Summer for me is Carrot. I too take raw tomatoes with salads also. I take a lot of Cucumber also ;-)

singkamas - Here in our country we eat it like a fruit but I know its a vegetable.
In summer I like singkamas in english its turnip. I think its vegetables too. But here in our country we eat it like fruits. My favorite vegetables are beans, potato, cabbage and sayote.

I always look forward to having the yellow summer squash in the summer. My in-laws have a garden and so we will get lots of fresh veggies from them.

i like a very basic vegetable in the summer as it always keeps you cool and that lettuce as no matter what you can eat it with everything pretty much.

I like fresh lettuce from my garden, tomatoes and cucumbers,carrots, corn.I had a bunch of carrots that I finally succeeded to grow last summer and doing it again this year, how about you?
