You can try the blogging as many of those are free. Word press is one good one I have found. You also need to purchase a web domain name. there are a lot of web hosting servers out there you have to be careful to get a good one! You don't have to learn html up front, as useful as it is. I found front page very difficult to navigate around in, but I use another web design company. There is a whole line of Serif products. The one for designing webs is Web Plus. I find all their programs very easy to learn and use! I suggest using their products. It's much easier for starters than Front Page. After you purchase a domain you will also need to make a blue print of what you want your site to look like, and how you want it laid out. You will need to take into consideration your desired audience and purpose. It's a lengthy process, but is very rewarding in the end!
