I don't know if this will help you but they say aloe vera applied to the scalp will help. I tried doing that for a while and I am not sure if it did help but it did give my hair a shine. Cheers!!

The one thing that causes hair loss for most people at a young age is STRESS! Try doing different techniques to reduce your stress. Mediation, deep breaths, video games, reading, exercising... whatever works for you! That should help reduce the stress hormones which adversely affect your hair!
Also, it is normal to lose some hair. If you normally have your hair under a hat or tied together, than you notice it in your comb much more. If your hair is loose, you will generally lose hairs throughout the day. When this isnt possible, it looks like it is all coming out at once - in your comb! So if you wear a hat or have your hair tied together, dont worry about it as much.
I hope you find a solution that works for you! good luck!
