i signed up at the gym with someone and have my name on it but didn't sign it can he go after me for it due to the fact i didn't sign it and he paid for it in full, i had to put a restraining order on him

possibly in civil court, if he can prove that you agreed to pay for your half. Hey you could get on TV for it, sounds like the opposite of fun. If you signed a paper or have written or textd him that you would pay for part of it and he still has it then if he takes you to court you will most likely have to pay.
