write reviews for reviewstream.com. The lowest review they pay is 0.4 dollars and its easy to create a review. Reviews dont need to b long. its a good start

You will have to have several income sources to make that much.Try Quickrewards.It's very easy and they pay by Paypal with no minimum. The link is on my website,which you'll find on my profile along with a lot of other programs.Good luck.
