Wondering...

I used to hate drinking water, until recently I found myself not liking the taste of anything (besides my coffee in the morning) else but water. I drink my coffee in the morning, and water the rest of the day, and maybe a cup of ice tea at night. Yea, I started this whole thing with wanting to lose weight, so I cut back on my sugar intake. :( I am the type of person that likes to always have something to drink with me, now it is just water. Well my question is though, with drinking so much water, is it possible to just break out into a sweat from all your water intake?

I recently started cutting back on my addiction (PEPSI) and started only drinking water and Crystal Light (Which is awesome) and I don't see myself sweating.

Yeay! no more soda for the both of us! :) I have been doing it for almost a month and believe it or not (with exercising, and stuff) I have lost about 5 pounds so far. And now here is the funny punch line... I found out I have an ear infection as to the sweat, just getting extremely warm. (ok you can laugh at me now. got all worried for nothing.) :) Thanks for the comment though.

When I was in your same situation, my body started using my sweat glands as a way to either keep me cool when I was hot, or to help rid my body of certain toxins. But everyone's body is different. Your body maybe reacting to the water just in way that helps it to flush out unwanted toxins in your body. It could be a number of things, but for the safe side I would suggest checking with a couselor or psychiatrist who specialty is dermatology or medical.
