Getting my body ready for summer

Hey everyone.
I have started working out again (I'm not in as good of shape as I thought I was), quit smoking, cut out my junk food and started drinking tons and tons of water.
It's only DAY 2 :P
I hate exercising. If the results are not instantaneous or if it isn't fun, I want nothing to do with it, however, it doesn't help that I lack total motivation. So this year, I am pushing myself to be healthier...even if it kills me...lol.
I walk really really fast (about 6.4mph) because I absolutely cannot tolerate running.
Girly pushups, free weights, squats, lunges, situps, and I work with the stability ball (Dude...I am so not stable). I would say the one thing that will be downfall is my high in sugar content, high in trans and saturated fat peanut butter cups. I have absolutely no willpower when it comes to these things so every time I crave one, I started chewing gum...that's helped so far, hopefully it will continue to do so.
My goal is to lose 10 pounds and firm myself up by the end of June. I would like to be in shape by then as that is when school is out and I would like to be active with my children while they are outside.
Any other ideas or exercises that can be thought of without the use of a gym would be welcomed.
