Silent Hill 1.. remake?

I like the cutscenes in that game. Then when you play Harry, the graphics look really old. I would like them to update the just the graphics. I played Silent Hill One, 5 or 6 times a year or so ago. It's still a fun/creepy game. The remake will be called Silent Hill: Shattered Memories. I read that Harry will be using a camera (weird)from the screenshots the graphics don't look that amazing,maybe in time it will. You should check out gamespot.com and look up the game. Hopefully they will show it at the upcoming E3! Silent Hill 2 is my favorite game out of the newer ones.

They're removing the combat? That's really weird considering how much of the game was based around it. I didn't play it when it came out, but rather when the movie came out. I found a used copy on eBay and won it. Playing it on the PS2 was a bit of a pain because I need to buy a PS1 memory card to save my game. Ugh. I digress . . . The combat wasn't really that advanced. For me, the game was more about the ambience, the atmosphere. If they made it more of an adventure/puzzle-solving game, I would still enjoy it, I'm sure.
