Are you folding your clothes after drying or just hang it in your closet?

Some people do fold their clothes after drying it they don't even iron them.. because most of the clothes now are wash and wear. I do both.. I hand some of my clothes and I folded also some of it. Although it is pretty neat to hang all our clothing after drying but it is also nice to see well arrange folded clothes in our dresser. Either way I like both. What about you?

Let me count, I have : 1. Three shirts(one full nad two half sleeve) 2. Three pants(one jeans and two full pants) 3. Some household clothes. I like ironing them when I need to go some party. Otherwise my mum use to wash them and put them in my dresser. you will not find any ironed clothes in my dreser if it is not the party day!

it depends on the clothes.if it doesn't require any ironing then i would just fold them neatly and hang the others. i don't iron most pants to save electricity. i don't iron pillows and blankets too.

I always fold mine. My wardrobe is stuffed with my clothes and the baby's clothes plus a lot of bed sheets, important documents, and what not. No place to hang anything. Cheers and happy Mylotting

I mostly hang my clothes, I don't iron them either, I just make sure I get them out right when the dryers done so they don't get wrinkled, I think they look neater and nicer if you hang them, plus its a good way to take care of your clothes. Some of my husbands shirts I'll fold and put them in the dresser, especially if they are his work shirts his nicer ones I'll hang up.

We are the same. I hang the shirts that are good and for church use or casual wear. But the work clothes specially pants, I fold it and put in the dresser.

I'll be folding most of my house clothes and hang those nice ones for church or outside puposes. I rarely ironed them as drying clothes minimizes wrinkles.

I like to hang them up in the closet after they get dried so that they won't get wrinkle and I don't like folding them much since they will get the folded mark on it.

That is right too. Folded chothes get marks on it that is why I hanged our casual wear and church wear but the work clothes and the house wear I just fold it. It doesn't matter because we will just be using it in the house.

I prefer folding it after drying as i am much comfortable seeing my clothes well arrange on my cabinet and besides i don't have that much space to hang my clothes if i prefer that way. I only hang clothes after using it once that i think that its not that dirty and can still be wear later.

Oh really? For me.. it will not occupy mosre space if I will hang my clothes than folding them and put all in the closet. Folds occupy more space than hanging.

i do both. some of my hubbys shirts, i just take out when they are still a little bit wet/damp and hang them up right away, then the creases fall out. otherwise, with the rest of the laundry, i just fold it up.

I have certain clothes that I fold, and certain clothes that I hang up. We hang up most of our pants and dress shirts. And then we usually fold our t-shirts and the rest. Some sweatshirts we hang up, and others we hang. It just depends on what we wear them for. If they are work clothes, they usually just get folded and put away. But I like to hang up the rest of them. Plus, they take up so much room in the dresser. It seems like we are always pushing to get all of our clothes in there anyway, so it is best to hang anything that will hang without getting the little places in the shoulders from the hangers. Have a great day Bebs08!

I'm like you, I folded the ones that we used or wear inside the house after drying and hang those needs to be iron or sometimes I also fold them in keep it in the basket until I do ironing. I don't like ironing so I make sure I only do this once a week.

I have no ironing time schedule because I don't like to do it either. I only ironed clothes when it is really necessary. Most of our clothes are wash and wear.

hehehe... the easiest is hanging than folding. But since I have no space for hanging all my clothes, I folded my house wear.

When i go out to do laundry, I usually fold everything and place it nicely in the bag so that when I get home I don't need to fold it. I just place it in the drawers with no hassle. But when i go laundry at home, I usually hang it and I won't fold it because I could just take it out and wear it if I need it. I don't need to go through my drawers.

So you mean, you are going out for laundry? Where is that in the public laundry? I never try that bu my friends are doing it in a public laundry where they will pay per load? I am not sure because i did not try it.

hi there, wel i should say that is a very interesting post you have there. well as for me i will always iron my clothes and fold it them i will put it into the closet. well i prefer to do this because i like to keep my things organised and neat. Well anyway we have to iron and fold it anyway so just do it right after its washed. The other way i see it is, we spent so much money on buying clothes or dress wel i think its only proper that we just fold them neatly and then a good storage place. for all you know someone might actually pop into your room one day and see your clothes and its good to give a positive impression to them. anyway have a great day ahead and happy mylotting. best regards, alvingb

Hi Che, Most of our house clothes and casual wears like my pants, I folded it. We have lots of hanged clothes too but then the closet for hangers is not enough that is why I folded some. I love to see neatly folded shirt and pants.

Hello Bebs. I usually hang my clothes in the wall-closet after they are dry. I also fold some that are not supposed to be worn outside, underwear. I am glad that I have enough space for them to be either hung or folded inside the wall-closet.

I always fold my clothes and keep them in the closet after they are dried. The ones that need to be ironed go straight to the laundry for ironing and the rest is kept away. I do not like to see clothes hanging around.

I always fold/hang my clothes after they dried. But alot of times I tend to fall asleep while laundry is still going so I don't tend to them til the next day. I dont' like doing that tho because then some get wrinkled. I hate wrinkly clothes...But I hate laundry period. Prefer doing dishes better!

I do hang almost all my clothes except those that are for home use. It saves me so electricity as the clothes will have no need of pressing if they are neatly hanged from drying to keeping. I love to see neatly arranged folded clothes too and that I am doing with the countless shirts shirts of husband. I'd run out of hangers if I'd hang them all. But all his POLO Shirts and pants are hanged too.
