I went out of town last week and on Sunday evening I went for a short hike. When I returned to my friend's house I took a shower as I always do after a hike. I did not see the tiny seed tick on my back. I got up early Monday and left for home and so did not shower as I was leaving at about 4 in the morning. It was Tuesday before I showered again and found the tick. I pulled it off. There was a large red plac around the site. It stayed red for a few days but as of today.. one week later it just looks a little patchy red. I have not felt well I have these stomach pains but I have no rash anywhere else on my body. I do have joint pain which is also a sign of tick related problems.. but my joints hurt quite a lot anyway so it's hard to tell. So does anyone know any natural and/or herbal cures for tick fevers?

Everywhere I looked it says to seek medical attention especially if symptoms continue long after the tick is gone because pieces of its head may still be inside the bite I hope you feel better
