interesting finds on the beach

we found an engine block once - when we were strolling at Point Dume CA. There were a lot of little tidepool creatures in it - like lil' starfish and other things.
My bf loves tide pooling so we find a lot of weird stuff in the beach. By far, this is the weirdest one.
What are some of your interesting finds in the beach?

oh I love walking along a beach and seeing what you can find...I used to walk along the beach as the sun was going down, I would carry two plastic bags, one i would collect unusual shells and things and the other I would pick up any glass and rubbish, I have often thought how dangerous it is on some beaches with all the broken glass...
