As we all know, much sugar is very very un-health.I almost don't eat any candy. One time, have a India friend come to our company,he put four package sugar into one cup of coffee. That is so surprise to me.I just put one package or one package and half package as usually. That is very very un-health.How about you my friend.Do you put much sugar when you drink milk or coffee?

I love sweet and when it comes to regular sugar then it is my favorite. I dont like sub. sugar, such as equal or splenda... I usually put sweet enough in my coffee, but tea I dont really put sugar... I love regular taste of it. Sweet is not really un-healthy food at all... it is just a little problem for over weight people who care very careful with sweet thing. I really dont mind about sweet but not too much tho. I would put about 4-5 packs of sugar to my coffee tho... and still need sweet cream too ... hummm.... so good!!!

No, I don't put sugar on drink or coffee. I want to taste the coffee and milk naturally without adding any preservatives or additives. Maybe i get used to it the bitter taste of them. Well, having sugar is really bad for health if you use it alot. But in cooking or baking, you need to put a little sugar to add spice to your taste otherwise, it is pretty tasteless.
