How much clothes you don't wear often????

Favourite clothes - Even though we might have lots of clothes, we do have favourites that we like to wear more than the rest

Most people have at least one wardrobe full of clothes. I don't know about you, but out of my whole wardrobe, I only wear certain clothes most of the time. I know it is more dificult for woman, but for me as a man, I can wear the same clothes that I wore earlier in the week, if it is washed of caurse. I tend to grab from the top and not realy care for colour or whatever. When I go to work I can wear jeans and a nice shirt, most of my shirts go with my denims. When i don't work, a pair of shorts and a t-shirt is good enough. I hardly ever wear most of my clothes, they just hang there getting old. I very seldom buy new clothes because those I got are stil in one pease. Are you very selective when getting dressed in the morning? How many clothes do you have that you have not worn in the last year, or longer.

I think I have many clothes in my cabinet that I'm not using. It is because it is too fit to me. I also use limited dress that I'm wearing. I'm not kind of person who is sensitive when it comes to clothes. As long as it is comfortable I wear it.

You are right, why wear something you are not comfortable in. There are too many other things that are complicated, dressing should not be one of them. Thanks for responding Blessings

Yes, I have a lot of clothes I never wear, too. When I go to work or go out,I like to wear simple clothes and keep comfortable. Some clothes is really nice but not comfortable,I think.Everytime when I tidy up my wardrobe,I feel pity for those clothes I never wear. That is wasteful. I don't know how to deal with these clothes. They are new but no use for me.It is pity to throw away them but it really ocuppies much space of my room. These days I seldom buy clothes.

Just be bold and put it all in a bag and give it away. Don't think of doing it, just do, you will be sad maybe for a little while but you will feel great once it is gone. It will be a big load of your shoulders, and just think of the people recieving it, WOW, how glad they will be to have these new clothes. It is always nice if you know you make someone happy. Nike says; "JUST DO IT" Do it and see what happens. Blessings

Well, maybe you can put those ones that don't fit one side and look at it often saying 'I want to wear that'. It might help you to inspire you to loose a few lbs, and then you can wear them. You will feel great. I whish you all the best

When i was still working before, my office wear is consists of many pairs of different pattern of clothes. Some are dress, shirts with skirts and some are shirts with pants. There are just too many pairs of clothes in my wardrobe. I admit as a woman, i tends to spend my money buying clothes that seems attractive to my eyes. Now, i am a full-time homemaker, so i don't really spend much money buying clothes anymore. I tried to wear those same clothes in my wardrobe and tried to discard them when they are too old. I tried to organise my wardrobe, so i am able to buy new clothes in future..

Yes, i still can dress-up beautifully, when there's special occasion going on. Well, as a woman, we always want to dress-up at our very best. Only, at home i prefer to wear casually. It's easier for me..Thanks for your blessing..

Well, I came from living with parents and only having enough clothing to get me through half the week, and of course, id have to wear them twice. I still only have enough pants to last me a week, most of them being close to needing to be thrown away. I have accumulated a lot of tshirts to last me a week on top of my more formal shirts for a week and a half of shirts. So I use all my clothing. There are two things that I only wore just last year around the spring time: my prom dress and my senior last day white wear white dress.

Well, your family and friends should know what to buy for birtday presents. And you need a serious shopping spree... At least you don't have to think too hard what to wear. Enjoy the shopping

I have a lot of clothes in my cupboard that i havent tried much. I usually wear casuals ,T shirts etc.. It's been pretty hot this year . So i restricted my use to a few range of clothes that are comfortable in the heat. Most of my shorts and jeans have become useless due to the increasing waist circumference. But my wardrobe is balanced because even if I add new clothes to the collection, I also donate the used or ones that are not anymore fit for me to use ,to the orphanage. They come almost every month , so I recently rearranged my wardrobe to sort things and I have a good collection of clothes to be donated. I have discarded the torn and damaged clothes. This a good alternative to increasing costume collection. Ofcourse there may be no profit from this . But it's charity. And most of us are very selective in what we wear that we tend to love and use frequently a few clothes in our collection. So it's better to get rid of the others.

You have a good thing going - get the old out to make space for the new. Keep going, I am sure the people recieving the clothes you donate are very thankfull. Bless you for your kindness.

oh yea, like the WHOLE other wardrobe sitting there waiting for me to get smaller, I hold on to them for dear life until Im a size 7, I'm just not ready to let them go and I know its just clutter and I cleaned up all the other clutter in my house sending it off to goodwill but this part Im not ready. Its the lurking what if question, like what if I lose a bunch of weight (so far I've only managed 5 lbs) and I got rid of them? And I know I could buy new clothes but 75% of them ARE new clothes I continued buying after having my first daughter.

Congratulations on the 5 lbs you lost. Keep the clothes and keep the faith that you will wear them, and keep on working on the rest of the lbs. I whish you all the best in your efforts to loose weight.

I have three pairs of jeans, two pairs of black trousers, one pair of grey trousers, some denim shorts and two skirts. Out of those, I only ever wear the jeans. I have about 10 posh dresses, and I only ever wear 3 of those. I also have endless t shirts, which I wear every day, but I tend to wear the same ones again and again, purely because they're nearest to the front of the wardrobe. I should probably be a little more adventurous, but never mind! Oh, and I always wear the same pair of shoes as well, even though I have a lot of pairs!

I have lots of clothes that I don't wear often, I always wear different ones when I go out though since I have lots of clothes but I don't work right now and I don't get to go out much so I have lots of new bought clothes that haven't worn before and are still sitting in the closet.

Well if the clothes still fit, and you intend to work again, keep it. Also you never know when you will be invited to go out. Keep the clothes so when you work again, you don't have to buy new clothes. Whish you all the best.

I most def have clothes for certain seasons and clothes that have gone out of style. I'm typically a t-shirt and jeans kind of person. Dressing up can be fun, but not something I want to do all the time.

casual dressing is always the easiest. I like to keep it as simple as possible, and comfortable. Blessings
