I do not recommend that you get a wireless mouse as they are very annoying to use because they sometimes are "jumpy" and for me not reliable enough. If you want something use a wired mouse and something that you can easily change the settings to so that you like them and can aim in CS. If you are using it for gaming you might want to consider having one with multiple buttons so you can use it as a short cut and increase your speed.

Hey there! My mouse broke a few months ago and I found a great replacement for it. I bought an A4 Tech USB Glazer mouse. It's not an optical mouse, it's a lazer mouse. This means, it can work on some glass surfaces and there's no red light that comes out from it. It was relatively cheap, around $15. With a $30 budget, you could get a really good optical wireless Logitech mouse. Those are bit bulky for me and I prefer my A4 Tech mouse. Good luck in your search!

Nice topic to be discuss but it something like close ended topic. How far the discussion will goes always be put into consideration in order to attract mylotter to respond (if u knoe what i mean). Whatever it is, hardware is not something difficult to find especially for computer usage, more specifically for mouse. For me, budget will go second, but the capability and the performance of the hardaware itself. As long as i satisfy with that, and also comfortable by using it, then i will consider the budget.
