Are you always hungry?

Are you like me, always hungry? I often wonder why this is so. Most people can have a good meal and feel perfectly satisfied. I can have a good meal and feel satisfied, but only for a short period of time. Then I am hungry all over again. Obviously I have to be careful and try to be strict and not allow myself to eat bits and pieces between meals.

I very rarely get hungry, my poartner hates it, he has to tell me to eat otherwise I wont. obviously this isnt good especially being pregnant! I find it really hard to eat, I used ot suffer wit anorexia which is the root cause of this problem. If I have breakfast in the morning I cant eat until the next day!!

it is said the reason why you always feel hungry is there are not enough nutritional food filled with your stomach,so your body digest your food quickly, you could try to have some beef food which is high quantity of heat food every dinner,if you still in hungry, there is not your stomach's reason,it is your mind reason.

I'm definitely not always hungry. I do get hungry, don't get me wrong, but I certainly am not always hungry. I'm just not the type of person, who is hungry all the time. I've never really been this sort of person.

Yeah, sort of. It's like whatever I ate,I would never feel full unknowingly I'm getting even bigger than my usual weight so now I'm trying to control it already to gain less and I would use exercise too.
