Cure of White Darts?

Yesterday when i woke up i found some pimples on my cheek, i thout i was bitten by some insect but when i consulted to doctor he told me that these are white darts caused due to viral infections and it take around 5-6 months and if these are not cured after 6 months, laser or chemcials burn is the last treatment but some white spots will remian last on my face if i opt laser of chemical burn. so i would like to ask for the home treatment or any other treatment which is not harmful for my face...

I've never heard of this, but have you thought of using honey on them? Honey is an antiviral as well as antibiotic. Maybe it would help, I don't know.
