paying to search..what happened to the paid to search

I found a paying to search application..but what happened to "slashmysurf" and the other paid to search portals..I found a nice one but left it on my profile... ;) I remember ignifuge .. epilot.. paidmania all at one time had paid to search..do you know any active paid to searches?

I don't know about slashmysurf, but the only legitimate paid-to-search program I know is my homepage friends: http://www.myhpf.co.uk/mypage.asp?OrgID=127134 You can even check with other myloters if it's real or not.
