Is bux.to scam or legitimate site??

i am a member of bux.to (ptc site).i want to know whether it really pays or not.
i have searched the google about it and i got maximium of good responses but a couple of people say its a scam site and pays very late.
how many of you are already a member of this site??
tell me about your experiences??
did you get payment??
please guide me the right way.
