Master Colon Cleanse Day 3

To cap off yesterday evening, things got weird. The entire day I felt great, a little empty but great. Then as the evening proceeded I continued to drink my yummy (rolls eyes) spicy lemonade and some water and then I got super super super tired. I felt very worn out and took an off and on nap for a couple of hours. When I woke up I took my salt water flush and waited.......nothing but nausea...... then vomiting. I'm not sure if I drank it too fast this time or what but it sucked. I really thought I was in for a crash today. To my surprise however I woke up a little early for work and felt great again. Plenty of energy surging through me and I drank a little spicy spicy and very quickly found the bathroom (seems the SWF worked it's magic overnight). I grabbed my supplies and did my morning jog to work. I felt wide awake and alert but today my tummy has finally started rumbling. I decided it was slow enough to do my a.m. SWF and well it worked very rapidly ( GROSS! ) I drank my drink and some peppermint tea and had a nice day. My tummy stopped rumbling and I still don't feel super hungry like I should. I really thought that perhaps I was just flushing my bowels until my walk home after work. I kept noticing a weird smell. I thought it was my neighborhood and then when I got home it followed me inside. It's my sweat and my breath and my feet and my skin and I look like someone smeared vaseline on me. I've decided that the body detox has finally begun. I was figuring 3-5 days for it to start based on my reading and it surely has. So today as well is a success, and I feel pretty great. I know I keep saying that I'm not doing this for weight loss but I must also say that my pants are getting lose around the ol' gut right now ( SWEET! ). Time to go take a shower before my marsupial gets home and turns tail at my smell. I can only ask her to put up with so much.
