There has been some discussion recently in my house about stopping work at the business I work at and staying home with the children. Money would be an issue, I do not have to make as much I make at work to get by on the bill side, but I would need to find a way to make some money. Babysitting is out of the question as there are already a lot of good/licensed day care providers in the city we live.
What would be your suggestions on how to make some money while also being a stay at home parent.

Do you have any crafting talents such a sewing? If you do you could take in minor sewing work. You could also take in ironing (I do not know if this would work but it is worth a try)
You could also do a bunch of the good paying tasks here, or offer your typing skills at the local college/University.
You might also take up cleaning a few houses a week, even one would bring in some money.
