I've never heard of fruit causing a cough. In fact I usually hear the opposite. The vitamins in fruit are supposed to ward off illness and keep you healthy. "An apple a day keeps the doctor away." As the old saying goes... I would ask her doctor. Something is weakening her immune system. They might have some insight as to what it is.

I think small children react more with any problem in their surroundings. The cough could be due to air. I doubt there´s good air anywhere in the world anymotre. It´s polluted. As for fever, children will have more fever with little cause than grown ups for the same reason.
Fruis are good for her: by all means give all she wants as lobng as she doesn´t get "runny".
Take care

I don't think food causes cough but even then don't give your daughter food from the fridge directly. take the food out and let the temperature go up and then only give it to your kids. There could be some infection also. I had a same problem with my daughter and when i got her checked it was infection in her urine. i dont remember much but there was a problem with her puss cells and it was a routine, every other day she use to get sick. by god's grace she is ok now..

If she eats to much fruits it can give her some gas,and can bring her to cough, but not a fever. Are you giving her some supplements? If you add some vitamin " C" is good for her immune system, plus multi-vitamines for toddlers "SISU" is a good trade mark for multi-vitamins for kids and adults.
