i was sitting here thinking about what others are having for dinner tonight. will it be an easy dinner or are you having guest over.
for us it will just be us, i'm fixing enchiladas, rice with some beans. my husband taught me how to make them without having to roll the tortillas, makes it so much easier.

That sounds really good. We are having porkchops, corn on the cob and beans.

i don't buy a whole lot of pork right now, although it does sound good. we got burnt out on pork i live in tx and pork steaks have been really cheap for the last couple of months and we were hurting for money so i bought what would feed us, it just so happened to be pork. my husband asked me not to buy it for awhile. lol

I am in TX also. It has been cheap lately hasn't it. I have been going to the store early in the mornings and buy what has been marked down, it freezes good. My husband has asked that I slow down on the chicken for a bit.
