which do you prefer coffee or tea? which is better for you? what one gets the job done quicker?

I am a cofee-a-holic! I like it iced, hot, flavored, and any other way you can spin it. I don't usually drink it to help wake me up, but I do love the flavor. I guess I drink so much caffeine that it dosen't actually effect me anymore.
