Bugs on myLot task - cannot accept task

This days i log in to my lot and search for task i can work on it. Voila!! the task was there, but when I am try to accept it, the page are bouncing back again. So each time i try to accept the task, the page keep bounce back. Is this a bugs ? or maybe mylot task only accept specific country (with ip filtering) ? Did this ever happen to you ?, Happy myloting my friend

It is research task, but I am not sure i know how to report this bug

What type of task are you trying to get? Is it the writing task? The slots for writing task was very limited and maybe the slot already taken by others before you hit the accept button. If that was a bug, try to report it so it will be fixed. 
I got some research tasks yesterday and this morning and it was fine.

Hello, cahyorini! Well, I got some tasks yesterday and this morning and it was fine, I just completed them. I have done my tasks just only on my phone and did not experience problems like that except that my connection is quite slower. Maybe the task that you are trying to accept has no more available slots left because others had already taken the slot. Have you tried the other tasks? A lot of tasks are available yesterday. If you experience a bug, you can report it so that it will be fixed. Happy mylotting and have a nice day!

Because of lack of my experience in writing, so i only accept research task, and this day the research task have bug that i can't accept the task. Still find how to report this bug. Thank for responding my friend

Oh, I had just experienced the bug this time. Now I know what the others are saying. I was trying to accept the last slot but I can't, it just return in the page where the boxes are unable to fill up. Good thing, I completed some tasks this early morning.
