I purchased an item online...and you may see in my previous discussion about "Help I think I was Scammed in eBay", that I still don't have my items.
Finally, I decided to leave a negative feedback on the seller. But what did I get? Loads of SMS messages from her, threatening my account in eBay, calling me a fraud, and denying my payment?
Now I am totally wrecked! I am the victime here, and she pretends to be one. Sent a complain to eBay already, however, i still didn't receive any response. And what bothers me the most... is how she has the nerve to threaten me, telling me what she is capable of.
What i do guys? I mean, if I don't receive a response yet from eBay. My proof of payment is from the text receipt of GCash. can I use this against her on eBay?
Help...

She posted my user ID, saying something like...beware of this ebayer. It is so mean. And in fact, my negative feedback for her is only because she has very poor service. Who is the fraus between us? When in fact I paid...and didn't receive my items. How could she call me a fraud! This is just so frusrating.

Really? What do you usually buy? Maybe you can give me a tip on your trusted sellers. At least you have good experience already. I am just so scared to buy here. Tried to purchase from other countries, and they would usually limit thir shipping within their country only. I usually purchase cosmetics, accessories and clothes. I would really appreciate it if you can suggest some sellers. I still am addicted to online shopping, but am having second thoughts of buying from ebay with this experience.

yes, that is really mean. you've done what you could and all you can do for now is wait for ebay's response and learn from this experience. i'm also from the philippines but i prefer to order from sellers from other countries simply because they accept paypal for payments. paypal could protect you from fraudulent sellers just like this one.

Sorry to hear that. That's why I don't like to buy anything online especially from Ebay. I have purchased some things on Ebay a few years ago and I didn't have any problems with my purchases but these days, there are many scammers on that site either a buyer or seller. Its better to shop online using Paypal as its safe and Ebay recommends this to buyers. Using Gcash isn't really safe to use. I hope Ebay would respond to your complaint about it.

I have been an online shopaholic for years now, and a lot of times, I have been scammed. But this one is different... sheis turning tables, pretending to be the victim. It is so sad and depressing on my part.
There was a response within 24 hours, reassuring me that they will investigate.

I am sure Ebay will get back to you, but it may take time as there is a mega amount of people using Ebay and i guess they have a lot of complaints, I think this is one reason I like using Paypal as it is not as easy for them to get away with pulling stunts, i do hope things work out for you, it would drive me crazy...

I feel so bad about the whole incident. I wanted to call someone from eBay, but I am only able to contact them through a live help customer service. It seems not enough though. i just want to show them all the proof I have. this is the first time I was called a fraud...and it is just too much.

There is nothing much we can do when we are cheated online, it may be shopping or earning sites. Even if we try to fight against the crime, you will lose more money finding that person really and taking action against them. You can only complain, do it repeatedly to e-bay, so that they can trace her and do something against her.

I would think as long as you have the receipt you should, I no how you feel, I bought something on line and no not on ebay, but I bought a bracelet and it was really nice, it was 5 payments of 25.00 well the thing is she has been taken money out of my account for 1 year and not only 25. but 50. every month. No matter what I do she still gets my money she told me if I want her to stop I need to send the bracelet bac, not after I had already paid for it , over and over again. I can't seem to get help with that one either. so I do wish you the best.

I don't know if you have heard about GCash. it is a form of payment used in the Philippines, wherein you load your mobile number a cash... and send this to the seller through a text message. Obviously... the receipt is also going to be through thext message. With that, it is still hard to trace the seller once you have paid.
Learned my lesson, it is not an advisable mode of payment
