I am getting really scared now!

I can understand you well subha12 and I think if i was in your place I would start finding another job in the meantime so that i don't need to stay at home and search for one after I am already out of the current job so I will find a job first. Maybe the manager isonly confused if he should be giving you the project or not so I think you should be talking to him and ask him directly what he has in mind so that you are not found jobless all of a sudden.

Oh... I am sorry to hear that, Please not give up and lose your hope. I am sure if you have skill some company will catch you and put you in large project. It once happen to me also, when my project that I am working on near the end and start to become crisis. My Boss plan to lose me, but my Project Manager insist of keep me in the company, because i had did many valuable thing for the company, and i make a decision to move out from there, thankfully in couple of week i had find another company who interesting with my ability. SO, cheers up my friend, there is so many prospect company that try to look at your ability, so spirit up!!!

it has been delayed, period, it is not your fault or anyone else's the project has been delayed. these things happen, if you manager is telling you you are doing a good job then why are you always worrying they don't like you. You have to stop and start thinking more logically. The project has been delayed. It happens.

It would appear to me to go find another job if they are not giving you any thing that you can work on, are they paying you to do nothing , if so that is good, but likely not. How long can you go with out a project, dont really understand what that means, before you will be let go, wouldn't it be better to look for something now, times are hard right now maybe that there is nothing that they can find for you. And life sucks too. There is always some one there ready to take your job and always some one they like more.

I'm really sorry to hear that you have to go through this situation amidst global crisis. If I were you, always have a back-up plan. Try to start looking for another job or try online money-making activities. There are a lot here.

Just keep yourself up and hope for the best. Really are should you try to talk about everything that you needed that job in relation to your current situation. A great discussion explanation and understanding between you and your employer would benefit you together.

do be in the lookout for an alternative,looking by the way things are going, others donot seem to be much serious.with your skill and experience, you are bound to find another job easily.

Hi, im sorry to hear. Economy is totally rock down to the floor and it effect everyone here... not even you, Me as well. I have a lot of responsibilities, kids, house, store, cars, bills, and food. everything is just on me. Both of my shoulders are so heavy that no one can help, but I am trying and trying my best to be on top of everything. God, won't let me do it alone... I pray and pray everyday for a better life and no worry about money, and he helps me a little at a time, now I got approve from Loan Modification and it cuts down my house pay in half and I dont have to pay for last month payment either. This is Great. well, you can try to look around on your own cuz these day if you dont care about yourself no one does. Your manager might not really care to find project for you but you can search on your own. If you find somewhere better and they totally answer you right the way, then why you are waiting for them... Life has to change and follow what your heart told you to do. Another thing, I pray to God for your parents to get better very soon and you find a great deal for your work too. If your manager has nothing against you, relax. However, you should look out for another job as a back up. If out of the blue, he tells you to go to some remote place which you will off course refuse due to your parents, then this backup will come in handy. Keep looking. Times are bad but with your skills, you should not have any problems. Cheer up and good luck.

Hello, I think you should take interest in other's projects and sholud learn from other project team. Then you will be able to assign a new project for yourself. you should not waste your time. search on internet for different kind of surveys according to your field. and don't be scared believe on yourself and work hard.
