Don't stress about it by yourself, open up to someone you trust and talk about what's worrying you. Friends may brag that they know exactly where they're going and what they want to do, but they might not be being honest.

If i had stress whether caused by relationship, work, money or something else, i always get rid the stress with playing my favorite game, with playing my lovely game, my brain got relax and having fun to.I don't know about you, but play games are one of my favorite tools to reduce my stress

Well being a college student I have my fair share of stress. Stress is unavoidable especially for young adults. For me a good way to relieve stress is to work out or play basketball. Any type of physical activity allows me to forget all of my worries and concentrate on my work out. Another way to relieve stress is to just sit around and do absolutely nothing. sometimes I just like to give my brain a rest. No studies, no problems, no nothing. I empty my brain and I just relax. Whether thats watching T.V, or playing video games.
All in all, Everyone should find a way to manage their stress because it is true that stress can kill.

It is not easy to manage stress always. There are one after anothe for me. sometime there are so many at a time that I can't keep track. Now the most priority is to keep track with career. I am not getting a project that I need badly in current location only.

Whenever i am stressed out,i put down my thoughts in my diary.It is my best friend and my silent helper.After having jotted down the things i feel relieved and relaxed.
The other things i do to relax myself is to go for a shopping or eating out with my family.It also helps me to rejuvenate.

I am very stressed when I have not finish my work on time and I get many negative thoughts in mind and I also have nightmares which are very bad as I cannot sleep at all the all night.
My best ever remedy is to go for shopping and spend so that I forget about the stress i have been having. It has been the best ever tablet for me without the prescription of the doctor and I can also take an overdose of it. So I go in malls and do some shopping, I feel much more better and then the work which was so boring me instantly is a new challenge for me.

I handle stress through taking a rest, sleeping and listening to music. Really it helps a lot because it helps me forget the stressful stuff I had in a week or a day. And it really helps to watch random movies.

When i'm stressed i usually listen to music to calm myself. music really soothes me and helps remove the stress. I also talk to my girlfriend when i'm stressed. Somehow the sound of her voice calms me down and helps me get over the problem

When I am stressed I like to listen to music. I usually lay down on my bed and nap for a little minutes and then eat and then think. Sometimes when I am stressed I go far from where the people are and then scream out loud to lessen the tension I am feeling.I have this difficulty of breathing when I am stressed and I usually released it from way of screaming after that I will be feeling fine.

Whenever I feel stressed I exercise. I know it's an obvious remedy but it really does help and I often find those times when I do feel stressed, upset or angry I always seem to have my best workout. The gym or a good run normally helps relax me. Always find going for a good run gives me ME time and I can get away from the hectic life I have. For that hour or so I can escape and just concentrate solely on me.

It's quite common that everyone of us are always exposed to stress. The best way is, try to solve every piece of our stress as soon as possible before it become uncontrolled. Whenever i was stressed, i will talk with my husband or my close friends. They are always there for me whenever i am in need to set myself free from stress. They are just my comforters whenever i am down with problem that i can't solve by myself and makes me stress. During stress time, i will tends to listen to music most of the time to calm myself down.

Stress is a constant in my daily life especially having decided to be a SUPERMOM -- I work in the morning, go to grad school at night and take care of my little girl in between. When I start feeling pulled in every direction, I just stop and do nothing for a while. Then I calm my nerves by watching my baby and picking up my guitar to sing to her. I usually keep it all to myself...I guess that's a habit developed by most single moms. I get by anyway. I just stay positive and look at my blessings and not what's missing.

I think I am one of the highly stressed people in the world. Honestly, I am stressed with my family, love, work and money. I cope up with my stress by doing some activities like travelling, yoga, going out clubbing sometimes with friends, or a weekend getaway with my bf. Life is not easy as we think, life is very complicated but that's life. Life will be boring and not fun if its not complicated. We should do things that can make us relax or unwind. Everyone deserves a good vacation.

My favorite way is to relax listening to classical music, Chopin, Brahms, Beethoven, and more. I have a nice collection of classical music, music of different cultures too.

i handle my stress in a negative way..when i am really stressed out (usually because of what ive done in the past and some people just cant let go) i smoke.. alot. And when it gets to the weekend i drink also alot. I know it isnt good for me but it does relieve all the stress.

Sometimes I do more of my tasks whenever I'm into that sate of being pressured and time limits.
I have found back a base ball back home and have it at he office as my stress ball.
I do have mood swings in these stress states but can nearly manage to cope up.

As a person with really low working effeciency, I'm stressed out everyday by my workloads and various deadlines. Also there're lots of pointless and time-consuming but necessary stuffs , such as dealing wrong electricity bills or making a rendez-vous with my bank, alwasy make me freaked out. If I had enough money, I'm definitely hiring a personal assistant to save me out of these gargages!

During my college and review days I was stressed a Lot, and one way of handling stress for me is sleeping. I sleep my worries away, and when I wake up I feel good about myself. Another way is eating, I know that it isn't healthy to eat through your worries, but I do it, and I will keep on doing it. ;). My comfort food would be wendys, i really don't know why, but whenever I feel down or stressed, I eat wendys. Plus, somebody to talk to during your down moments helps a lot, just airing out your problems will lessen the burden on your body. =)
