How protective are you of your partner?

There was one time when we were walking in the mall and somebody was eye-ing my partners bottom and the pervert even whistled. I immediately covered my partner by putting myself between the pervert and my partner. My partner was unaware of what happened and when I shared what happened, I was told what I did was sweet.
How about you guys? How protective are you of your partner and what incident made you protective?

I am very protective too, I happen to be like this just for few people who are very close to me and my partner is one of them so I am really someone who will want that everything is done accordingly without him getting hurt or insulted. I remember once he was getting on his moto and his boxer was a bit too much in sight, we were infront of many people so I just did it right for him which later I told him why and he kissed me for being sweet too.:-)
