What do girls really want?

So it will be interesting to hear what people think about what a female is looking for in a relationship. From my own experience, girls always talk about wanting a good man and someone who will treat them right but they always end up with a jerk. No one ever wants a nice guy. Is it because nice guys appear soft? do females equate nice guys with weakness? Does it simply have to do with cultural influence on how a man should behave and treat a women in a relationship. I would love to hear what you all think especially the females.

I, too, have noticed a trend in which females tend to go for "aholes" or "jerks." I have been struggling to figure this out for God knows how long and still to this day do not know a reason. I would also like to hear people's proposals as to why this occurs.
Thank God I found the beautiful woman for me though;). However, I'm still really curious.
