Coffee removes head ache

It is an interesting fact to note that coffee removes head ache and coffee brings back the head ache when you do not drink it after you make it a regular habit. Once you make drinking coffee a regular habit you cannot stop it all of a sudden as it might cause head ache.

Well i prefer hot coffee when i have a bad headache. And true to change the habit is not easy

sometimes I get a headache from not drinking enough coffee and then when I have coffee it goes away. Ithink it is a caffeine headache. dark chocolate helps too

Yeah! You are right. It's kind of addiction. Coffee is not good to health. All the doctors suggest the same thing: Avoid coffee. We have other supplementaries like Boost, Bournvita etc. Now-a-days Horlicks is specially prepared for adults. We can take them. Coffee must be avoided!

Its because we have so habitue in caffein.
Cafein degree in your blood decrease, so your nerve send order to brain to increase it. that's why we became headache as long as we are not immediatelly drinking some coffee, to bring the loss caffein back.
