Do you eat your breakfast daily?

Our body needs energy every time inorder to function. The energy is given to the brain to control our movements and respond. According to the research, it is being said that when we wake up in the morning, our stomach is empty and so we need to have a breakfast or eat something nutritious within one hours time or our body starts taking energy from our muscles which are the reserves. So eating breakfast daily is a must. Even not that, but we should keep regularly eating after every two hours something light. Do you skip your morning breakfast?

well several years ago i skip my breakfast time, but right now i don't skip, since it's already my habit to eat in the morning, usually a cup of coffee milk is already enough for me right now if i skip my breakfast time, my stomach is hungry and if i didn't fill my stomach, i don't have energy to start my day

yes i eat breakfast daily and i don;t like to skip breakfast. i gets hungry after i wake up in morning. generally i will eat breakfast at 9 in morning .
i eat in breakfast our indian food like any one of this items called idly,upma,dosa,uttappam,dokla,vada,etc.
as u told ,skipping breakfast daily is not good to our health. so i take lightly any of the above breakfast items.

yeah i skip my breakfast i dont eat breakfast because when i wake up i dont feel hungry adn dont normally until midday when i eat my dinner. I also sometimes am not awake in the morning so then there is no way i can eat breakfast.

Sometimes I get the feeling that I don't want to eat breakfast because I'm still full or I got the feeling that my stomach is bloated, that I never wanted to eat breakfast. My sister told me that I should have at least a bread so I won't get hypoglycemic, especially when I'm going to work for 9 hours a day.

yes you are right breakfast is a very important meal of the day probably the most important one of the day but we mostly skip it in a hurry.but i have time at my hand nowadays so i have my breakfast everyday but the problem is i do not take breakfast at a regular time sometimes i take it late which is still not a good thing i think.for breakfast we should eat something nutritious which gives us energy and should not be very heavy as well.
