Is Nomincashout.com a scam?

Hello friends,
Recently i have joined Nomincashout.com. As the name suggest i thought this PTC website will have no minimum cashout. My first payout of 0.20 $ was done immediately but next time whenever i try to cashout i was no able to cashout and site says you need to have $3 before you cashout? i am also quite scared to go for Gold membership on this site. Anybody having good experience on this website?

I couldn't even log in to nomincashout this morning. They are apparently down again. I am not sure about the site myself. I have money waiting to be paid, and I have as yet to receive it. I asked for it over a week ago. I will probably quit with them, as I don't hold much hope since they have made all the changes. I am not happy about all the changes either, but there is nothing we can do about it. Just have to deal with it, and hope for the best. Once I get my money, I will probably not continue with them. i don't know if it's a scam or not, but every day i'm becaming more angries with this site. i'm an upgraded member and 5th june will be a whole month since i requested my cashout, now this morning they had a problem that seems that have destroyed their database, as a consequence they have rescued some older database and my 10 renewals and 121 rented recicled referals disappeared, so 25$ to the rubbish, and i don't know if i'll get paid some day

I have the same doubts and hope that Nomincashout.com proves me wrong.I was kind of shocked when I read that after the 1st payout they increase the cashout by $3 everytime. Moreover,I have not been able to login to the site today.I kept getting an error message.Am I the only one facing this issue?

No. Nomincashout is not a scam. Unfortunately however the site has made some drastic changes. Read up on the site changes so you can figure out everything you need. They are still paying. The prerequisites for getting paid have just changed. That's all.
