Hi everybody it's day 4 , yay I'm still alive. I'll start by capping off last night. Unlike the previous night I didn't pass out uncontrollably. I actually had a great evening hanging out and felt rather energetic. I did not do my evening SWF because I just didn't feel I needed it. I drank my lemonade and a bunch of water and considered a tiny glass of red wine. I chose against the wine, drank more water and went to bed. This morning I woke up early, with plenty of pep! I hopped in the shower to get rid of the"detox stinks" and got dressed, made some lemonade, had a drink and went off on my jog to work. I really felt peppy. As the day went on I shoveled food out box after box to my unsuspecting customers. What they didn't expect is that I wanted to eat them. I'm still not feeling hungry, but I'm having some serious cravings for bacon. I can even taste it and smell it. That's o.k. I'm holding out. When I did my SWF this morning everything moved along just great. It only took about 15 minutes and I was locking the front door to the store. This time though I was in for a surprise. The only thing in the toilet was something that looked like my lemonade only a little more green. Have I completely flushed my system, I dunno. I'm going to do one more flush tonight to see what happens and if it's that clear I may forgo the final 5 days and just call it complete. My pals at Taco Bell have gotta be missing me. MMMMM 7 layers of veggie love! So none the less, 4 days is super doable with enough lemonade and cayenne. feel free to ask any questions, I'm here to answer.

I have thought about doing this same cleanse. I think that there is a lot of information about the cleanses and how they may or may not be good for you. It has to be worse to eat the way some of us...like me...do. I want to do a cleanse to help me with the cravings. After a few days of a cleanse I feel like I am in control of my food rather then it calling to me. It might just be a mental thing but as long as it works why fight it.

That is a very interesting way to think of things. There is a good deal of information on both sides when it comes to a cleanse being good or bad for you. Thank you for the insight into your experiences.
