Having trouble pet potty training

My 8 month old Yorkie Poo is still having "accidents"? The facts that might be effecting the peeing-inside situation are: she has not been fixed yet, is very active and we probably keep her too long in her crate. Luckily, she usually only pees on the tile. The thing that amazes me is that I can have just watched her pee outside and she'll do it inside within five minutes. Help!!!
