I like lots of broiled fish and chicken, green tea, brown rice and celery. Also try to move around a little more, walk a bit every day and drink lots of water. Sugar free jello is also a great snack.

I like to eat gortons fish fillets over salad. Wish bone has a great spray dressing that is one calorie per spray. As long as you are under control with your spraying it is good and low cal. The fish fillet I had last night was salmon with garlic butter and it was 100 calories. I have really liked them.
