During the day, my hands can get ice cold. Im talking colder than room temperature, for no reason. The weird part about this, is that the rest of my body can be completely fine. Nice and warm. The other weird part, is that my feet get boiling hot for no reason. I dont think it is caused by blood pooling in my feet, because I get up and walk around to get some circulation going every few minutes.
Does this happen to anyone else? It is really quite annoying. I think I have a circulation problem in my hands though, because it has been this way for quite some time now. Dear god, if I take my bare hand out in the winter (In my area, it gets very cold, -20 celcius), my hands get ice cold instantly, and it hurts to move them. They move slower as well. It will take them at least 1 hour to warm up from that.

Do you spend a lot of time sitting at your computer? This can cause bad circulation to your hands because they are high up, plus if your sitting still a lot that doesn't help your circulation. -20c is very cold though, I'd never get out of bed if it was like that here!

Most of the day I am not on the computer. It happens any time during the day though, and the only time I am on my computer for long periods of time is when I am at home.
I do get up and walk around every 10-15 minutes or so.
It gets colder here. I used that as a general idea. It can get to -30 plus windchill. Not very pleasent.

when the murcury is at alower level or when i am in an AC room my hands and feet get very cold. during winters even if i wear socks and gloves i find my hands and feet freezing. someimes it is irritating but now i have become used to it. i don't have any idea if it is because of a circuulation problem. i have also noticed that when i an sick, running tempreture or hving cold etc. then also my feet get cold.

maybe you have low thyroid. you should see your doctor and have a blood test done. you would just have to take medicine and you wouldn't be like that anymore.
