Life or Death

I just read a story on cnn about how the parents are refusing a blood transfusion if the child needs it because it goes against their religion. Would you let your loved one die because of religion?

I would neverlet my child die if I could prevent it no matter wha my religious beliefs are. That just seems so psychotic. Besides, in my opinion if someone is dying and you have a way to stop it and choose not to it is murder. Isn't murder kind of "wrong" in most religions... This really bothers me.
