I am having the worst time I guess. My company has planned to shut down some of its branches, their is a cut off going on, me and my colleagues were asked to put down the papers, the situation is tensed.
Two months back I got engaged to a beautiful lady, everything was positive, everything was good. my parents wanted me to get married in next 2 months, they were planning accordingly but this unfortunate event has changed the entire scenario. I am blank now, I am trying desperately for a new job but all in vain. What to do? Should I postpone the marriage, should I cancel the marriage? or do I make the beautiful lady wait for somemore time. I am feeling guilty, idont want her to wait for me, I dont know when i am going to get a new job--everything is uncertain now. Why should she wait for me, why should she pinish herself for me--i am feeling really guilty.

if you were the type that had a record of not working then you should feel guilty but in the economy, no one can blame people for loosing their jobs, if she loves you she will understand, you need to decide between the two of you how you need to proceed, you can either wait until you have a new job, or go ahead and get married, does she had a job? it is nothing for you to feel guilty about.. it is not your fault.
