I am definately staying! Unless it's something really serious like a Katrina, I'm not going anywhere. But I think I live just far enough from the coast to avoid something that bad, though we've still had some damage in the past.

Sitting tight until more of a path is resolved. Living in Central Florida inland is usually ((( USUALLY ))) very safe. 2004 was an unprecidented event with the hurricane storms and In the 30 years I have lived in Florida, I have never boarded up a window ever.. Still won't either. I figure that if the winds are severe enough to blow debris big enough to plow through my windows then it will also take off my roof.. I'll let the insurance take care ot the after math.. Of course, that doesn't mean I won't consider to hunker down in the shower stall.. I don't recommend being near any windows if you plan to weather a hurricane. But, a deductible is a deductible. Why put up with the fuss of plywood if it your roof blows off? Just God forbid that sort of storm develops anyway.,.

I guess i wasn't aware that another hurricane is coming but i am in Wisconsin so I will be safe. i couldn't imagine living in a hurricane area.

no....we dont have hurricanes...and noboday can stop a earthquake

hurricane? theres a hurricane coming? lucky for me im in wisconsin! lol
