I have to improve my patience with one of my family members. I seem to be able to be patient with almost anyone, but then this one family member, who I dearly love, comes along and I get so frustrated and impatient with them. They hardly ever know that, I mean I don't let them see it, but I know I need to concentrate on being patient with everyone. It doesn't say anything good about me if I can't be patient with someone I love a lot.

After I retired a month ago, I decided to learn about blogging to keep my mind active. So instead of watching television, I now spend more time writing, researching materials, and learning more about blogging.
I think I am actually doing more things and learning more things in retirement than when I was working. I think for us retirees, the secret to long life is keeping your mind and life active.

i would definitely like to improve my self confidence. there have been times when i know and i believe that i can do a certain job or task but when the time comes, i become very hesitant to take it. i have refused lots of tasks and jobs just because of my lack of self confidence.
