I like to be happy always. But it is not possible everytime, but then also I try to remain happy for most of the time. Happiness should come from within our mind. In order to remain happy we should be true to ourself. We should also give importance to the others thoughts and feelings. Happiness depends on how we can make others happy. If everyone around us are happy, then we can also remain happy.

I think humans need the down times for them to appreciate the good, the wonderful, the beautiful things in their lives...how many times I have seen people with so much in their lives become bored but then when thing bad happen like losing somone they love, or if they get sick then they wish for the old times again...so I think it is a thing we have to have but we should try to be as happy as we can be because life is so short.

I think everyone likes to be happy. If we should be happy we should see that people around us are happy. Like children, they are always happy because they are innocent and they do not know how to make others unhappy. Happiness is doubled when shared.

I am happy most of the time if I remember that everything is great in my life, and everything depends on my frame of mind. When I do this then I am no longer affected by whatever it is that might cloud up my day. Cheers!!
